getting closer
Well there are 6 days until I leave for Boston. I have gotten mostly packed, all except my toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, razor, my bodywash, cell phone charger and then pack my backpack that I am carrying on board with me.
I'm excited about the trip.
I start counseling on the 5th of August to help me deal with what's happened in my past so that I have a bright and brilliant future ahead of me.

A little over a week!!! :)
There are exactly 9 days left until I leave for Boston. yeeash yee haww!!
Things to do:
Laundry
Gather stuff to pack for trip
Clean out backpack for carryon
get car in to body shop (hopefully)
Good news! I have an appointment to get my car fixed (finally!)!.... August 1st.... ! Yeaaaa thanks insurance company!
The driver who hit me is going to be paying the shop directly so if his credit card gets declined they can deal with it... but if needed i can get my ins company back involved if needed.

11 days until I leave for boston.... so excited so much to do...... i cant wait!!!
in other news:
Called my insurance company, filed a claim, and they are now going after the guy who hit me or his significant other since the car was in her name. One way or another my car is getting fixed.
I was being nice before now he can deal with my insurance company. Since the car was in her name her insurance company will have to pay me. then she can deal with her ex over the cost.
Update: Insurance company got the name of the legal owner of the unit, driver who hit me still wants to take care of this on his own. I was told it is up to me at what I want to do. Driver told insurance company he is concerned that he is being asked to pay for damages that he didn't do. I advised the rep that I'm not asking that, all I ask is that the damages he did be fixed and that he pay for them. Rep said can send out an independent appraise to look at it, take pictures, and write estimate so that the driver can be clear that he's only paying for the damages that he did, I told rep that I was ok with the appraiser coming out and looking at the vehicle, but I would like to be present. I also informed rep that I was not comfortable in talking with the driver again after his hostility towards me on Friday she said she would be more than happy to talk with him after she receives the appraisal & when she receives it will give me a call with the info. She did say it is still my decision regardless of what I want to do, whether I want to go thru his insurance company or accept a check from him for the amount. I'm nervous about accepting a check without knowlege that it won't bounce.
Will see when she calls me back, right now I'm waiting for the apprasier to call and make an appointment to look at my car.

Things to do........
finish work at 3, go to old navy buy a couple more t-shirts for the trip, dishes, vacuum, relax, gather stuff to pack, and pack.

In other news:
The jerk who hit me doesn't believe he did more than $200 worth of damage, I can't get my car fixed for $200, all my estimates range from $774- $1100 to fix the damage that he did. Turns out the BMW X3 that he hit me with isn't in his name but his soon to be ex's.... so its not on his insurance..... so I'm getting my insurance company involved to go after either him or the legal owner of the vehicle in order to get my car fixed. The paint is already cracking, so if its not fixed soon its going to start rusting and end up costing more to get fixed. Told Daryl if the guy calls him to settle don't talk to him. Insurance company hopefully will get this settled relatively quick, other wise I'm taking him to court. Daryl and I were going to go ahead and get the small claims paperwork on Monday but had dinner with mom and stepdad, stepdad said dont do that to contact my insurance company and let them know whats going on have them go after the guy and the legal owner of the car, then it should get taken care of really quick but in the meantime don't get it fixed. Guy who hit me saying all the other damage was already there, kept saying that he was told that they would have to repaint the entire car, i called the company and its not what I was told...... the guy is blowing smoke out of his arse more than likely cause he don't want to pay for the damage he caused....wondering if he's done this before.....wishing i had called the cops now........

ok time to get serious
16 days until I leave for Boston....... yeeeeeeeeeea babbyyy
looks like the guy who hit me is FINALLY gonna get my car fixed .... fingers crossed
With it getting closer to the DAY I leave I gotta start gathering stuff that I'm taking with me and start packing so I don't forget anything.
In other news: someone broke into Lyndsay's car and stole her stereo that dad had given her (wasn't installed yet)..... so now shes down in the dumps. Maybe I'll call her and take her to dinner for her birthday....we'll see.
